Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 333vd platform — including its website, mobile interface, sports betting services, casino games, promotions, and customer support channels — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and 333vd (the "Operator").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the platform. Continued use of 333vd following any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. 333vd reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, we will endeavour to notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly.

These Terms & Conditions should be read in conjunction with the 333vd Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific terms attached to individual promotions or game categories. Where specific promotion terms conflict with these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence in relation to that promotion only.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to 333vd is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account:

1. Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. 333vd is an 18+ only platform. Underage gambling is illegal, harmful, and absolutely prohibited on this platform.
2. Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
3. Personal account: You must be registering for personal, recreational use only. Corporate accounts, accounts operated on behalf of third parties, or accounts used for commercial gambling operations are not permitted.
4. Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion or cooling-off period on 333vd or any affiliated platform at the time of registration or play.
5. Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your location.

Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of 333vd services, you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Process

333vd is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals above a defined threshold, or at any time we deem necessary for compliance or fraud prevention purposes. KYC verification may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:

• National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission
• Valid passport or birth registration certificate
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or statement from bKash, Nagad, or bank account showing your name)

Failure to complete KYC verification when requested will result in a suspension of withdrawal rights until the process is completed to our satisfaction. 333vd reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory verification and to close accounts where verification cannot be completed within a reasonable timeframe.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 333vd — deposits and withdrawals — are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). 333vd supports a range of local and international payment methods to ensure convenient access for players across Bangladesh.

Deposit Rules

1. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status.
2. Deposits are credited to your 333vd account balance immediately upon confirmed payment gateway receipt. Processing delays caused by your payment provider are outside our control.
3. 333vd does not charge deposit fees. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are your responsibility.
4. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.
5. 333vd reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of funds for deposits above a defined threshold.

Withdrawal Rules

1. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals below this threshold are not processed.
2. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible. 333vd does not issue withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
3. Standard withdrawal processing time is within 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on your bank.
4. Withdrawal requests may be subject to KYC review. Ensure your account verification is complete to avoid delays.
5. Bonus funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Only the cash balance component of your wallet is available for withdrawal at any time.
6. 333vd reserves the right to apply additional security checks to withdrawal requests it considers unusual, including requests of large amounts or requests from accounts with irregular activity patterns.

Bonus & Promotions Policy

333vd offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload offers, free spins, cashback rewards, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, and ICC tournaments. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific conditions communicated at the point of offer.

General Bonus Terms

1. Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement stated at the time of the offer (typically expressed as a multiplier, e.g., 30x). Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been satisfied.
2. Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage or not at all. Contribution rates are specified in each promotion's terms.
3. Bonus expiry: Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds and associated free spins expire 30 days after being credited to your account. Expired bonuses are removed automatically with no cash equivalent offered.
4. One bonus at a time: Only one bonus may be active in your account at any given time. Accepting a new bonus before completing the terms of an existing one will void the original bonus.
5. Maximum bet with active bonus: While a bonus is active on your account, the maximum permitted single bet or game stake is ৳2,000 unless a lower limit is specified in the promotion terms. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided.
6. Abuse and fraud: 333vd actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies, placing opposing bets to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, using multiple accounts, and coordinating bonus exploitation across accounts. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have its bonuses voided and may be permanently closed.
7. Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible players only. 333vd reserves the right to exclude specific players or account categories from individual promotions at its discretion.

Seasonal promotions — including those associated with Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Bangladesh Victory Day, and the Bangladesh Premier League — are time-limited and subject to their own specific eligibility and wagering terms published at the time of the promotion.

Betting & Gaming Rules

By placing any bet or participating in any game on the 333vd platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following rules governing sports betting, casino games, and all other wagering activities available on the platform.

Sports Betting

• All sports bets are final once confirmed. Once a bet slip has been accepted and a bet reference number issued, the bet cannot be cancelled or amended.
• Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• 333vd reserves the right to limit the maximum stake accepted on any individual bet, market, or event at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
• In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect price being displayed, 333vd reserves the right to void any bet placed at the erroneous price. Voided stakes are returned to the player's account.
• Live in-play betting markets may be suspended or removed at any time without notice, particularly during critical moments in a match. Bets accepted before a suspension are settled at the confirmed odds.
• Cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — are subject to the official match results published by the relevant governing body (BCB, BCCI, ICC). In the event of a result amendment by the governing body after initial settlement, 333vd may re-settle the affected markets accordingly.

Casino Games

• All casino games available on 333vd use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, verified by independent testing laboratories. Game outcomes are random and unmanipulated.
• Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game's information panel. 333vd does not alter the RTP settings of any third-party game below the provider's certified minimum.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be completed according to the game's logic and any applicable result recorded. 333vd is not liable for disconnections caused by your internet service provider or device.
• Live casino games are operated by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. The rules applicable to each live game table are those displayed within the game interface and governed by the respective provider's rules.
• Progressive jackpot games accumulate prize pools across a network of players. Jackpot wins are subject to the verification procedures of the relevant game provider before payment is made.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on 333vd, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and in serious cases, reporting to relevant authorities.

Prohibited Activities

1. Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using fraudulently obtained payment methods to fund your account.
2. Money laundering: Using the 333vd platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. All suspicious transactions are reported to the appropriate authorities.
3. Collusion: Working with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including chip dumping in poker, coordinated in-play betting, or any other form of match manipulation.
4. Bonus abuse: Creating duplicate accounts, exploiting promotional terms in bad faith, or using technical methods to gain a systematic advantage from bonuses.
5. Software exploitation: Using bots, automated software, artificial intelligence tools, or any technical means to place bets or play games outside of normal human interaction with the platform interface.
6. Hacking or interference: Attempting to access, modify, or interfere with 333vd's systems, databases, source code, or network infrastructure in any way.
7. Abusive conduct: Using threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or offensive language towards 333vd support staff or other players on any platform channel.
8. Chargebacks: Initiating a payment chargeback, reversal, or dispute with your bank or payment provider in relation to a 333vd deposit without first exhausting our internal dispute resolution process.

333vd employs automated and manual fraud detection systems that operate continuously. Accounts flagged for suspicious activity will be placed under review and may have withdrawals suspended pending investigation. We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies in Bangladesh and internationally where criminal activity is suspected.

Account Suspension & Closure

333vd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or unverifiable identity information
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion
• Evidence of underage gambling
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months
• Player request for self-exclusion or account closure
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements

Player-Initiated Closure

You may request the closure of your 333vd account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Before closure is processed, any pending bets will be settled normally and any remaining cash balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your primary withdrawal method within 5 business days.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During self-exclusion, your account is locked and all marketing communications are suspended. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately. To re-open a non-permanent self-exclusion after the exclusion period expires, you must contact support and complete a 24-hour reflection period before reinstatement. Inactive Account Policy

An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, bet, or game activity has been recorded for 12 or more consecutive months. 333vd will send notification emails to the registered address before applying any inactive account maintenance fee. Inactive account fees, where applied, will not reduce the balance below zero. Players may reactivate an inactive account by logging in and completing any outstanding verification requirements.
